The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System (SSOT ICS) operates in collaboration alongside NHS Trusts, Social Care, Voluntary Sector, Local Authorities and Primary Care (your GP practices).

Working in partnership, these organisations share an ambition to work with local people, communities and staff to improve the wellbeing of individuals.

What we do

The aim of the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICSs to nurture and support the health and care workforce throughout Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, in a bid to meet the needs of our local population’s health and wellbeing, and improve clinical outcomes.

We are striving to create a sustainable workforce, retain the valuable skills of staff currently working with us, encourage new people to join health and social care and create new and exciting opportunities for our future workforce, which is you!
